Very disappointing service. I ordered on February 23 with a promised delivery before February 28. I followed up with chat support several times and they assured me the order would arrive on time.
Unfortunately, the package was not delivered on February 28. I explained to support that I urgently needed the item because a friend was supposed to bring it to Canada, and they were leaving the Philippines on March 1.
Since the delivery was delayed and no one would be home anymore, I requested to cancel the delivery. However, the package was still marked as delivered. There was no one at the house to receive it, no one was contacted, and no photo proof of delivery was provided when I asked.
When I requested a refund, I was told it was impossible because the order was already marked delivered.
This is very poor service — delayed delivery, ignored cancellation request, and no proof of delivery. Extremely frustrating experience.
