Return and Refund Policy for Brigada Distributions Inc.

Thank you for shopping at Brigade Distributions. We appreciate your business and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully to understand your options for returns and refunds.

Returns

  1. Defective or Damaged Products:

    • If you receive a product that is defective or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately at development.marketing@brigada.ph or +639166297066. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, or refund.
  2. Change of Mind:

    • If you change your mind about a purchase, you may return it within [number of days, e.g., 30 days] of the delivery date. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund. If the order has already shipped, please follow our return process.
